Our family owned caravan is located in one of the best positions on the site with a large balcony looking onto the lake. The shop, swimming pool and entertainment are all just a 3 minute walk away. The van is spacious (37ft by 12ft) and will comfortably sleep 8.

Living room: The van has a large living room with plenty of seating, a gas fire, colour television, video player, DVD player and stereo. The sofa in this room folds out to make a double bed

Kitchen area: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, double oven/grill, microwave, toaster and kettle. The van also contains a hoover, ironing board and basic cleaning materials.

Dining area: The dining area has a large round table with comfortable seating.

Bedrooms: There are two single bedrooms, one twin room and one double room. All bedrooms have their own storage and electric heaters.

Bathrooms: There is a shower room with wash basin and a separate toilet with sink.

Well behaved pets are welcome.

Free gas and electricity

There is parking next to the van.

Fun Works passes are not included in the price of hiring. The caravan contains duvets and pillows but please bring your own towels and linen.

The van is no smoking
