There is a large fitted main
bathroom with double shower with a deep tray,
suitable for bathing a small child.
*Please note that we also offer a highchair and a cot,
including linen, for a small extra charge.
* Funworks passes are not included, but can be purchased from
the main complex for an extra charge; child approx £16 per week
& adult approx £33 per week (under 5’s Free).
A meet and greet system is employed at the caravan to obtain
keys and to demonstrate the various controls for a comfortable
stay.
A £50 non refundable deposit will be required at the time of
booking, and full payment of the balance will be required 6
weeks before the arrival date. The owners reserve the right to
re-hire the caravan if full payment is not made.
A security deposit of £100 will also be required and will be
fully refunded to you by bank transfer once the caravan has been
checked on your departure.
Haggerston Castle Holiday Park
Facilities available on site without a pass include horse
riding, nine hole golf course, boating lake, bike hire, bowling
green, go karts, convenience store, launderette, and Chinese
Restaurant.
Passes will be required for Fun Quest, amusement arcade,
Burger King, chip shop, restaurant, show bars, sports lounge and
swimming pool.
Local Area
Near to Haggerston Castle are the historic sites of Holy
Island Monastery, the Elizabethan walled city of Berwick upon
Tweed, Bamburgh Castle, St Cuthberts Cave, Alnwick Castle and
Gardens, Paxton House, and for the children is Pot-a-Doodle Doo
and Conundrum Animal Farm. For those who like to walk there are
the Cheviot hills, about 10 miles away.
The whole area is steeped in history from Viking to the
present day. In the evening there is a choice of good quality
restaurants such as the Black Bull at Lowick, or Lindisfarne at
Beal. Fish and chips at Seahouses must not be missed.
