a great short break
Booked a last minute deal with 4 nights after our tenerife holiday was cancelled and we were not disapponted. Had a caravan with decking, no view ,but 3 tvs ensuite very clean and modern . Alovely base to explore the area . Did not use amenities but every where was set up very covid safe.
Fantastic holiday
We are on our way home from a a Monday to Friday break, 2 adults and 3 children age 4,8 and 13 and what an amazing time we had despite covid we were able to do everything we wanted and had no problems with the what's on app to book all activities tables etc. All kids had a smile on there face all day everyday and done most of the activities available, place was so clean and standards very high to keep everyone safe at this time. Well done haggerston we will be back and the children can't wait until our next trip and we aren't even home yet 😊 our caravan was spotless we stayed at lakeside North and it was the perfect spot close to the complex, everyone must also take a trip to Holy Island what a fab experience and beautiful place.
Staff were absolutely brilliant with kids, went out of there way to make sure they were smiling and entertained.
Big shout out to Ranger Tom! Thanks for being so attentive towards the kids during our nature trail!
