We’ve just returned from our first ever visit to Haggerston castle. We had a fab 3/4 night stay on the touring site. Loved the large hard standing pitch with its own electric and water supply. Toilet and shower Facilities on the touring site were warm clean and perfectly adequate. Alan on the touring site was always working hard to maintain this high standard as well as being super friendly.
The site was very peaceful and overall we only encountered lovely people enjoying their holidays.
Our children enjoyed the large free soft play, we enjoyed the pool and thought the facilities were great. The arcades were a big hit with our boys and we enjoyed food (value for money and served with a smile) from the mash and barrell, Burger King and the very handy on site shop.
We hired a family sized bike and cycled the whole site, the crazy golf was great value and the cafe delicious. We played in every park and walked the whole site and every lake too, it was a bit muddy but we were lucky not to get any rain (except overnight) and so for the time of year the site was perfect and we will definitely be back, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy other attractions in Northumberland and Scotland.

We had a great weekend only a couple of complaints. No recycling bins! Pool not very heated. However everything else perfect all staff very friendly shop not too overpriced, caravans very clean. Feels very safe for kids, look forward to coming again.

Had 4 days at Haggerston Castle May 10. Great location to explore area and so easy to find. Staff were very helpful with check.
Accommodation all clean & tidy. Will be back keep up the good work.

Check in was easy and painless. Caravan was excellent (hunters lodge) view was amazing. All the staff where friendly and helpful. Park was clean and tidy. There was issues with the catering side but in the the current climate it’s to be expected. This did improve as the week went on. So much to do around the area. I would definitely recommend this park and will return.
